Non-residents can easily buy freehold properties in designated areas of Dubai. No visa is required for purchase—only a valid passport is needed to complete the transaction.

What is the difference between Off-Plan and Ready properties?

Off-plan properties are purchased before or during construction, offering lower entry prices and flexible payment plans. Ready properties are fully completed and can be occupied or rented out immediately.

What are the transaction fees when buying property in Dubai?

Standard fees include a 4% DLD (Dubai Land Department) transfer fee, a registration trustee fee, a title deed fee, and a standard 2% agency commission fee.

Can I get a residency visa through property investment?

Yes, property investments of AED 2 million or more qualify you for a 10-year Golden Visa. Property investments of AED 750,000 or more qualify for a 2-year residency visa.
